Kim Grigsby
The Ignition Community Glass (ICG) Board of Directors has named R. Kimberly “Kim” Grigsby as the new Executive Director.

As ICG faces the challenges and opportunities ahead, Kim Grigsby (Click here to read Kim’s bio) brings her collaborative leadership style, commitment of accountability to the community, and proven record of program and funding development to her new role as Executive Director and vision for redefining “possible.”
Kim is a highly adept nonprofit leader with a background steeped in organizational advancement, community building, and a passion for youth development and the arts. Entering our second decade serving Chicago youth, Kim joins ICG at a pivotal time offering innovative thinking and strategic strength to expand our infrastructure and further our reach.

Kim’s 15 years of skillful nonprofit impact and experience fostering partnerships and transformative initiatives, will ground ICG’s mission of providing transformative glass art STEM + SEL learning experiences to youth from underserved communities. Priorities will include building new partnerships, cultivating new funding resources, fostering immediate and long-term goals, and exploring opportunities to expand beyond our current footprint.
